Ingredients

  • 2 lbs green beans
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil, grapeseed oil, or avocado oil salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Wash and remove tips of green beans

2. Add oil to pan and heat on medium heat on stove top

3. Add beans and stir fry until softer, but still al dente

4. Add salt and pepper to taste

5. Add slivered almonds on top and serve warm
