Keto, Vegan, Paleo Friendly
Oh my goddess, want a delicious, creamy, and rich smoothie?? I prefer vegan options for this one, but if you are using dairy, you can use real cream cheese. I prefer mine a bit tart, so sweeten it to your liking.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Vegan cream cheese (try cashew cream cheese) or Vegan coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener powder or 5-10 drops liquid monk fruit or other low carb sweetener like stevia
- ½ cup ice cubes, remember to use filtered water
- ¼ cup vanilla Pure Pea protein powder (from Designs for Health), or other vegan protein of your liking. Non vegans can use collagen. The vanilla is key.
- ½ cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender (I prefer my Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
